The HMS Runnerette officers recieved their officer’s cords recently. The officer cords were a gift from the Destrehan Desty Darlings, HMS’s big sisters in dance.

The Runnerettes attend the Desty Darlings sponsored Kiddie Camp every summer, where the Desty officers supply instruction in dance techniques and teach the girls the first two dances for football season.  “We would like to thank the Desty Darlings, their officers, and director Ms. Micque Voges for their continued support of our program,” HMS Runnerette’s sponsor Tracy Rousselle  said.
