This week’s Humane Society showcase adoption pet “Fredo”

This week’s Humane Society showcase is Fredo.

Fredo is a two-year-old male Shih Tzu.

"Fredo came to the shelter in need of a new hairdo. Fredo has been groomed and now looks spiffy," Humane Society officials said. "He is a sweetheart who is now neutered, heart worm negative, fully vaccinated and microchipped. Fredo is ready to have his own home. Please stop in and adopt a pet."

In addition to Fredo, Humane Society officials said there are plenty of very playful pets whose only wish is to have a home. The St. Charles Animal Parish Shelter is located at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling. For more information on pet adoptions, call (985)783-5010.
