HHS grad interviews top music acts from across country
A Hahnville High School graduate using the pseudonym Haley Marshall continues to make a name for herself as an entertainment reporter by interviewing some of the biggest music acts around.

Marshall has traveled to music festivals across the region and interviewed big name musicians the likes of platinum selling country artist and Breaux Bridge native Hunter Hayes as well as other acclaimed musicians from across the country. 

On the introduction of her website she wrote, “A small town girl with big dreams. Cliche right? I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to sit down with some of the biggest names in the pop/punk/rock genre.”

Marshall recently interviewed Yellowcard, who is best known for Hot 100 singles like "Ocean Avenue" (which peaked at #37) and "Lights and Sounds." The band went on to a two-year hiatus then announced their return in August 2010 and released their seventh studio album, When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes, in March 2011. Their latest album, Southern Air, was released on August 14, 2012.
