Fishing tournament

GIBSON - The “Big Bass Splash” fishing tournament will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The tournament which organizers say is the first of its kind in the area. Will award hourly top 3 payments of $50, $150 and $300 based on a field of 100 anglers. Overall winner gets a $500 bonus. Cost $60.00 per angler. All payouts will be awarded at the last hourly weigh-in.

The tournament will be held the Bayou Black Marina located at 251 Marina Drive in Gibson.
