Destrehan wife booked in attempted murder

A Destrehan woman fired two shots at her husband wounding him in the stomach and buttocks, say official reports

Officials say the an argument started between the divorced couple after Kenner’s husband tried to move out of the house.

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office charged Oritha Kenner, 52, of 130 Ormand Village, with attempted second degree murder.
