Norco woman purchased $1 million Powerball ticket
Louisiana Lottery officials have announced that a 34-year-old Norco woman purchased a $1 million Powerball ticket in Destrehan.

Emily Bourg stepped forward Tuesday morning, according to Les Patin, a communications assistant with the Louisiana Lottery Corporation. She won on a Quick Pick ticket.

The $1 million-winning ticket matched all five white ball numbers in the Sept. 4 drawing and was the 12th Powerball ticket worth $1 million or more sold in Louisiana this year.

All winning numbers are posted at www.louisianalottery.com.
