Paul Maillard improvement boards pop up
In an effort to gain community input on the Paul Maillard Road Revitalization Plan, the St. Charles Parish Department of Planning and Zoning is installing four chalkboards soliciting readers’ suggestions for the improvement of Paul Maillard Road through Luling and Boutte.

The chalkboards will be located at the Triangle Grocery (corner of Paul Maillard Road and River Road), the St. Charles Parish Business and Career Solutions Center at Thrift Village Mall, the Rotolo’s / old Post Office location (near the intersection of Paul Maillard and Highway 90) and inside St. Charles Parish Hospital near the cafeteria.

Parish staff will monitor the boards regularly to photograph the results and erase comments when inappropriate.
