Exxon Mobile specialist visits Norco Elementary

Exxon Mobile employee Eric Keller visited Jessica Thomas’s 4th grade classroom at Norco Elementary.

Keller is a St. Charles Parish resident who teaches safety courses in Equatorial Guinea, Africa. He talked to the students in Michelle Naquin’s and Thomas's classes about his experiences working there. He also talked to the students about trading and bartering, which connected to what they were studying in social studies. He also brought money, paintings and other items from Africa for students to examine.
