Memorial baseball tourney starts today

Both Destrehan and Hahnville high schools will play host to some of the best baseball teams in the area this weekend at the Gerard Oubre Memorial Tournament.

Jesuit, Brother Martin, Holy Cross, West Ouachita, Central Lafourche, Destrehan and Hahnville will all take part in the event. Hahnville will host Brother Martin at 4 p.m. on Thursday, West Ouachita on Friday at 4 p.m., Holy Cross on Saturday at 3 p.m. and Jesuit on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Destrehan will host Holy Cross on Thursday at 4 p.m., Jesuit on Friday at 4 p.m., Brother Martin on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and Central Lafourche on Sunday at noon.
