Arrests (March 7)
•Andria M. Downing, 20, of 7820 Angela St. in Bridge City, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with theft $500-$1,500.
•Trent P. Book, 26, of 205 St. John St. in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with unauthorized use of a movable.
•Jonathan K. Eugene, 32, of 138 Ormond Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
•Brandi N. Vinnett, 29, 4253 Lac St. Pierre Drive A in Harvey, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, open container and suspended driver’s license.
• Ellington Lockett, 23, of 164 Spruce St. in Boutte, was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with theft of goods less than $500 and resisting an officer.
•Sherry Lynn Alexander, 28, of 14215 U.S. 90 in Boutte, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with posession of marijuana, possession of alprazolam, possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt and license address change.
•Albert Lyons, 30, of 130 Triple Oaks Drive in Raceland, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, suspended driver’s license, not having his license plate illuminated, illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile and child restraint required.
•Lindsey M. Reeves, 31, of 718 Luling Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule III controlled substance suboxone, possession of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled substance.
•Brian C. Messmer, 43, of 6204 Hodgson Ave. in Metairie, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with posession of crack cocaine.
•Nekita L. Lewis, 31, of 252 Margaret Ave. #4 in Columbus, Ga., was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with speeding, reckless operation, aggravated flight from officer, child restraint required, contribution to the delinquency of a juvenile, driver not licensed and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Troy M. Robert, 21, of 148 Clayton St. in Norco, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with D.W.I., hit and run and reckless operation.
Thefts
•Assorted blue ray DVDs, a Playstation 3 game console and five Playstation controllers were stolen from 324 Gum St. in Hahnville on Feb. 9.
•A rim and tire were stolen off a horse trailer at Rosedown Drive in Destrehan on Feb. 9.
•An Xbox, a 45-inch TV and a Wii gaming system were stolen from 123 Second St. in St. Rose on Feb. 9.
•Assorted tools were stolen from 503 Estay Lane in Paradis on Feb. 10.
•Assorted jewelry and assorted silver coins were stolen from 130 Steven St. in St. Rose on Feb. 11.
•An iPad was stolen from 315 Almedia St. in Destrehan on Feb. 12.
•A 1994 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from 220 Luke Drive in Des Allemands on Feb. 12.
•A Playstation 2 gaming console, assorted Playstation games, a Playstation 3 gaming console and assorted jewelry were stolen from 164 Mott St. in Des Allemands on Jan. 28.
•Assorted lawn equipment was stolen from 301 Milling Ave. in Luling on Feb. 4.
•A touch screen LCD stereo, an iPod touch, a garage door opener and an amplifier were stolen out of a vehicle at 210 Coronado Drive in Luling on Feb. 4.
•A flashlight, a wallet, an in-dash radio/GPS and assorted ID cards were stolen from 212 Coronado Drive in Boutte on Feb. 4.
•Two iPods, a battery drill, assorted paperwork, a phone charger, assorted keys, a bible, a toothbrush and cereal were stolen from 107 Church Hill Downs in Montz on Feb. 4.
•Two handguns and a gun lockbox were stolen from 2659 LA 306 in Des Allemands on Feb. 3.
•A diamond ring and $20 in cash were stolen from 202 N. Oak St. in St. Rose on Feb. 13.
•Four silver hubcaps were stolen from 25C Brandon Hall Drive in Destehan on Feb. 13.
•Assorted tools were stolen from 14902 River Road in norco on Feb. 23.
•A bicycle was stolen from 705 Early St. in Boutte on Feb. 23.
•A Yahama dirt bike was stolen from 11013 River Road in Ama on Feb. 24.
•A red boy’s bicycle valued at $120 was stolen from 148 Clement St. in Destrehan on Feb. 28.
•A 12 volt battery for a trolling motor, a boat paddle and assorted fishing equipment was stolen from Hubcap City Lane in Luling on Feb. 27.
•An outboard motor and a metal chain were stolen from 14193 Hwy. 90 in Boutte on Feb. 27.
•A Yamaha motorcycle was stolen from 149 lakewood Drive in Luling on Feb. 25.

Parish plans to go out for bids next month for Willowridge levee - 610 views
St. Charles Parish plans to go out for construction bids next month on the first phase of the Willowridge levee, assuming a judge rules in the parish’s favor regarding a portion of the land needed for the project.
