St. Rose Elementary held its annual Social Studies Fair in February.

The winners of the fair are as follows:

Anthropology: 1st place-Sherry Vidrine, 2nd place-Lauren Shavor, 3rd place-Traci Walker, Honorable Mention-Ta’Nyla Evans

Economics: 1st place-Jessica Pfister, 2nd place-Tayah Murphy, 3rd place-Xavier Shelby, Honorable Mention-Dwayne Harris

Geography: 1st place-Mohammad Rasool, 2nd place-Calailah Harris, 3rd place-Rachel Tassara, Honorable Mention-Eduard Torres

History: 1st place-Aidan Oddlokken, 2nd place-Haley Griggs, 3rd place-Caleb Robinson, Honorable Mention-Jaden Lane, Imari Lennix, Ta’Lynn Yankish, Evelynne Williams, Bran Moore and Daniel Martinez

Louisiana History: 1st place-Christina Banegas, 2nd place-Austin Knight, 3rd place-Donovan Ellis, Honorable Mention-Ashley Lopez

Political Science:1st place-Rachel Estrada, 2nd place-Ahman Morris, 3rd place-Korriana Reynaud

Sociology: 1st place-Khairi Appleberry, 2nd place-Heidi Zayed, 3rd place-Hayley Keeler, Honorable Mention-Janae Jackson

First place winners from each category will be competing in the regional social studies fair held at Nicholls State University on March 12.
