Destrehan woman found dead in living room
Police are investigating the death of a 27-year-old Destrehan woman who was found unresponsive by her boyfriend on Saturday.
Danelle Keim was last seen alive by her boyfriend at 11:30 p.m. on Friday. At 5 a.m. on Saturday, her body was discovered on her living room sofa in the 100 block of Brandon Hall Drive. Attempts to revive Keim were unsuccessful and she was pronounced dead at 6:15 a.m.
Capt. Pat Yoes, spokesman for the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, said that the cause of death is unknown at this time and that additional information will be released when available.
