Norco Primary School would like to announce their 2012-2013 Teacher of the Year Constance Alphonse.

Alphonse is a Special Education Teacher and teaches students in grades 1 and 2.

Alphonse has taught for eight years. She currently holds a Masters of Art in Teaching. She is also a member of the Louisiana Believes Advisory Committee that was created this year by State Superintendent John White.
