St. Charles Borromeo receives Brown Foundation grant

St. Charles Borromeo School in Destrehan recently received a $2,285 grant from the Joe W. and Dorothy Dorsett Brown Foundation Service Learning Program.

The money will fund the middle school street ministry service learning project. Also awarded was the Principal’s Award of $1,000, this money will be used to fund the middle school Ormond Nursing Home Mardi Gras Ball project.
