R.K. Smith Beta Club getting grants and decorating trees

R. K. Smith Middle School’s Jr. Beta club attended the Brown Foundation Celebration to receive a grant to be used for service learning projects for the beta members to perform in the community.

RKS Jr. Beta also recently decorated the RKS tree at Celebration in the Oaks. The students created red, white, and blue hearts after deciding on the theme for this year’s tree: "RKS wishes for Peace on Earth and Hearts the Red, White, and Blue".
