Hahnville wrestlers finish 6th at invitational

Hahnville senior Cameron Cambre finished third in his weight class during the Sam Sara Invitational.

Five Hahnville High School wrestlers advanced to the second day of the Sam Sara Invitational, helping lead the squad to a sixth-place finish out of 22 teams.

Leading the charge on the second day were freshman Nick Lirette (106 pounds), senior Jordan Hernandez (113 pounds), senior Cameron Cambre (145 pounds), senior Ryan Baudouin (182 pounds) and sophomore Zack Corzo (195 pounds).

Baudouin, Cambre and Hernandez each placed in the top three in their respective weight classes. Hernandez placed second and both Baudouin and Cambre placed third.
