Beloved wife of the late Reese Mayeaux. Mother of Pete Mayeaux, David Mayeaux, Karen Klotthor and husband Mickey and the late Thomas Mayeaux. Mother-in-law of Brenda Mayeaux. Grandmother of Terra Jones, Jennifer Tastet, Lance Mayeaux, Candace Hutchinson, Heidi Hoffmann, Wade Mayeaux and Todd Mayeaux. Daughter of the late George Wilkie and Eva Wilkie Goff. Step-daughter of Robert Goff. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A native of Sumter, S.C. and a resident of Bayou Gauche. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend the funeral. Religious services were held at Life Fellowship Community Church in Bayou Gauche on Monday, Nov. 26. Interment followed at Sunset Cemetery in Bayou Gauche.
