COX 4 Teacher and Student of the Week

Arrington joined the HHS faculty in 2004 and has taught a variety of English classes including English II, English II with Reading, English III, English IV and Journey to Careers. She currently serves as the chairman of the English department, a member of the HAT team, the HHS Literacy Team and the SCPS Adult Literacy Team. This year Arrington is working with the SRCL grant as the interventionist for Hahnville High School.
Also on Sept. 14, HHS student Marissa Aucoin was presented with a plaque for the Cox 4 Sport Scholar of the Week. Marissa is a 4.0 student and has maintained that average all four years while attending HHS. She has been a four-year starter for volleyball and soccer and also attends the Satellite Center while being involved with Beta and NHS.
