St. Rose man pleads guilty after receiving nude pics of young girl

Ordered to stay away from victim and her family

A 37-year-old St. Rose man who reportedly admitted to asking for and receiving nude pictures of a 13-year-old girl has pleaded guilty to an amended charge of cruelty to a juvenile.

Lincoln Lacour, of 1 Summerton Drive, was arrested in March and originally charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and pornography with a juvenile after his neighbor discovered that her daughter had sent naked pictures to Lacour. Lacour, who spent 90 days in jail before pleading guilty, was sentenced to three years in jail, but the sentence was suspended. He was also placed on active probation for two years and paid a fine of $500.

Lacour was ordered to stay away from the victim and her family and undergo sexual abuse counseling.
