Todd Alan Rabalais, 48, passed away on Friday, Sept. 21.
Todd was a longtime resident of Chalmette and was currently residing in Breaux Bridge. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He is survived by his mother, Judy Latiolais Rabalais of Breaux Bridge; two brothers, Troy (Phoebe) Rabalais of Perry, Ga. and Travis (Stephanie) Rabalais of Luling. He is preceded in death by his father, Riley James Rabalais Jr.; his maternal grandparents, Louis Walter Latiolais and Elise K. Latiolais; and his paternal grandparents, Riley James Rabalais, Sr. and Carrie Rabalais. Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Police dog sniffs out suspected burglar - 1101 views
