•Joy-Lyn Cockerham, 20, of 236 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with looting, unauthorized use of a moveable, driver not licensed and reckless operation.

 

•Dwayne S. Williams, 51, of 1528 Paul Maillard Road in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and burglary of a moveable.

 

•Everline Turner, 63, 16554 Hwy. 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.

 

•Kirkland D. Wilson, 25, of 338 River Ridge Drive in Boutte, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with attempted simple burglary.

 

•Tankeea A. Dukes, 27, of 615 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with theft of goods $500-1,500.

 

•Gary Robertson, 51, of 1202 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with D.W.I., driving against traffic, suspended driver’s license and criminal sanctions for operations.

 

•Mark G. Stewart, 51, of 3670 Salene St. in Lake Charles, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

 

•Nicholas Melanson, 27, of 5111 George St. in Lafitte, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with D.W.I., suspended driver’s license and improper control of vehicle.

 

•Johnterry L. Dangerfield, 19, of 250 Meadows Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driver not licensed, no tail lamps and driver’s view obstructed.

 

•Clarence D. Vinnett, 22, of 250 Meadows Drive, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance and an SCSO attachment.

 

•Dolphy D. Alexie, 31, of 4976 Base St. in Lafitte, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

 

•Faron M. Lovell II, 32, of 109 First St. 8 in Boutte, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with D.W.I., possession of stolen property under $500, no registration certificate, criminal sanctions for operations, no tail lamps, switched license plate, driver not licensed and vehicle needs inspection tag.

 

•Lisa A. Winn, 37, of 205 N. Upland St. in Metairie, was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with D.W.I., speeding, driving roadway lane of traffic, vehicle requiring head lamp and possession of schedule IV drug Soma.

 

•Kevin Johnson, 47, of 343 Pine St. in LaPlace, was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, flight from officer/siren/signal, speeding and as a fugitive from St. John Parish.

 

•Jeroy Hensley Sr., 66, of 430 Barreca Road in Norco, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with D.W.I., refusal of D.W.I. chemical test, operating under prior suspension and improper control of vehicle.

 

•Craig A. Cain, 39, of 1517 Natchez Lane in LaPlace, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with D.W.I., improper control of vehicle, non-renewal of registration and writing worthless checks.

 

 

Thefts

•Shoes, a duffel bag and assorted ID cards were stolen from LA 48 Rue Landry in St. Rose on Oct. 2.

 

•An iPhone was stolen from 200 Tiger Drive in Boutte on Oct. 4.

 

•A GPS navigation system was stolen out of a vehicle at 14485 LA 631 in Paradis on Oct. 5.

 

•A radar detector, a GPS and a set of keys without a remote were stolen out of a vehicle at 14485 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis on Oct. 5.

 

•A laptop computer, a phone charger and a GPS unit were stolen out of a vehicle a 129 Mitzi Lane in Paradis on Oct. 5.
