Bernadine Freeman McManus, 85, died in body but was taken in spirit on July 31, 2012. Mrs. McManus was born in Perry County, Miss. and was a resident of St. Charles parish since 1953. She will forever be in the hearts of her church family at First Baptist Luling where she was a charter member since that time.
She is also in the hearts of her son and daughters and their spouses; Bill and Laura McManus, Judy and John Emery and Kathy and Jack Fisher; grandchildren and spouses, Emily and Brad Bonin, Mark and Myles Emery, Noel Fisher and Julia and Craig Perrier; great-grandchildren, Nate, William and Matthew Bonin, Magnus and Grace Emery and Eli Perrier.; sisters, Sue Roland and Marcaline Temple.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Paul McManus; brother, Paul Freeman and sister, Ernestine Norian.
