This week’s Humane Society showcase adoption pet “Sweetie”
Sweetie is a three-month old tabby who is currently available for adoption. Humane Society officials say he loves to play and treasures toys.

Sweetie as well as other kittens and cats are currently available for adoption at the St. Charles Parish Animal Shelter.

The Humane Society is offering half off adoption rates ($40), which includes spay/neuter, first set vaccine, lab work and one month of flea treatment.

Humane Society officials say there are plenty of very playful and comical felines who only wish to have a home.

The St. Charles Animal Parish Shelter is located at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
