Facebook prize goes to Des Allemands woman

Cindy Autin, of Des Allemands, was randomly selected from the Herald-Guide’s list of Facebook friends for the month of July and won a Louisiana Sportsman’s decal.

The St. Charles Herald-Guide will hold a random drawing every month and award a prize to someone who is a fan of the newspaper’s page on Facebook. The page can be found by going to www.facebook.com/heraldguide.

On the Herald-Guide’s Facebook page, residents can find all of the newspaper’s top stories, which will automatically show up in a person’s news feed once they like the page. The Guide also updates the site with live updates from sporting events as well as lifestyle’s features.
