Motiva and United Way team up at ARC of St. Charles
Joe Ocmand serves ARC participants Willie Turner and Nissa Gassen.
The duo, who both work with the Nocor Manufacturing Complex Liability Department, have been at it providing meals in the area for over 10 years.
"We turned a thing that we kind of love into something for the community," Ocmand said. "The fact that they donít have the meals for the summer is really the reason weíre out here."
The pair cooked enough to last the facility for two days worth of lunch.
"Itís fun. Itís enjoyable and itís something we can do for the parish," Duhon said. "Thatís kind of why we want to do this."
