A 40-year-old Arkansas man, who police say was intoxicated, was seen walking around in Luling near River Road wearing only a towel, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities received a call from a concerned resident on Sunday who said James Main, of 706 County Road in Corning, Ark. was exposing himself. The caller told police that Main was naked with only a towel by his side.

Sheriff’s Office spokesman Capt. Pat Yoes said Main did not give authorities a reason for his alleged nude walk.

Main was arrested near the Ramada Inn and booked with obscenity and disturbing the peace. He was released from jail after posting a $20,000 bond.
