Chicago Fire wins state championship
Two Hahnville High School soccer players helped lead the Chicago Fire U16 Regional Premiere League(RPL) Team to the state championship.

Grayson Touchard, who will be a senior next season, and Kim Porche, who will be a junior next year, helped the Chicago Fire beat the Lafayette Dynamo in double overtime 1-0 on Sunday. The girls will now travel to South Carolina in June to compete in the Southern Regional Tournament. Team members are: Back Row (L-R) Shelby Smith, Grayson Touchard, Sam Gillen, Laura Griffith, Brielle Bordes, Megan Terral, Chloe Sealy, Kiley Ezzell, Kim Porche and Coach Al Silvas. Front Row (L-R)  Jenny Portillo, Skylar Grass, Shelby Comberrel, Madison Camet, Abigail  Wright, Emily Ellis and Brittney Burke.
