Spring Concert: Community Choruses of River Parishes
PrintHAMMOND - The Community Chorus of River Parishes will combine with The Southeastern Louisiana University Choirs and the Northlake Performing Arts Society to present Leonard Bernstein’s ‘Chichester Psalms’ at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, in downtown Hammond. General admission tickets are $10, and will be available at the Columbia Theatre Box Office.

FEMA deadline passes with no new flood rates - 619 views
After indicating they would release new flood insurance rates by June 1 to be applied to local homes under the Biggert-Waters Act, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has said the release of that information will now be delayed.
