Walk to nine churches in “Soles for Christ” event
NEW ORLEANS - Soles for Christ, a nine-church walk, will take place on Good Friday, April 6, beginning at 7:45 a.m. There will be live Stations of the Cross and music. Registration is $15 and includes t-shirt, song booklet and bottled water. Churches visited are St. Mary, St. Louis Cathedral, St. Patrick, St. Theresa of Avila, St. John the Baptist, Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of Guadalupe (St. Jude Shrine), St. Augustine and Center of Jesus the Lord.
