Arrests
•Crystal F. St. Amant, 45, of 399 Marcia Drive in Luling, was arrested on March 18 and charged with possession of crack, possession of drug paraphernalia, suspended driver’s license, license address change and obstruction of justice.
•Theresa A. Frachtling, 29, of 30 palm Place in Luling, was arrested on March 18 and charged with possession of crack and obstruction of justice.
•Mitchell A. Eilers, 17, of 115 Savanna Drive of Luling, was arrested on March 17 and charged with possession with intent/manufacturing SCH I - marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest by flight and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
•A 15-year-old from Boutte was arrested on March 17 and charged with possession with intent/manufacturing SCH I - marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, flight from an officer and criminal damage to property.
•Chad A. Duran, 19, of 341 Grand Cayou Road in Houma, was arrested on March 20 and charged with theft over $1,500
