•Lincoln J. Lacour, 37, of 1 Summerton Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on March 9 and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and pornography with a juvenile.

 

 

•A 42-year-old Montz man whose name was withheld to protect the victim was arrested on March 12 and charged with aggravated rape (5 cts.).

 

•Barbara C. Scallan, 62, of 488 Rosedale Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on March 9 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

 

•Alfred T. Savin, 59, of 3807 Airline Highway in Metairie, was arrested on March 9 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, hit and run driving and driving with a suspended license.

 

•Debbie P. Bourgeois, 48, of 189 John Road in Hahnville, was arrested on March 9 and charged with D.W.I., improper control of vehicle and not obeying police/traffic sign.

 

•Dominique A. Brown, 34, of 133 Union Lane in Montz, was arrested on March 14 and charged with possession with intent - marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile (3 cts.).

 

•Dezal L. Williams, 36, of 133 Union Lane in Montz, was arrested March 14 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile (3 cts.), resisting an officer and disturbing the peace.

 

•Krystal M. Bourque, 22, of 117 Vans Lane in New Sarpy, was arrested on March 13 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile.

 

•Jeanne G. Bourque, 56, of of 117 Vans Lane in New Sarpy, was arrested on March 13 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer, use of firearms with a CDS and illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile.

 

•Chris Bourque, 50,of 117 Vans Lane in New Sarpy, was arrested on March 13 and charged with possession of marijuana, use of a firearm with a CDS, resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile.

 

•Tyrone J. Priestley, 35, of Vans Lane in New Sarpy, was arrested on March 13 and charged with possession of marijuana.

 

•A 48-year-old Destrehan man, whose name was withheld to protect the victim, was arrested on March 15 and charged with aggravated rape and oral sexual battery.

 

•Taneah R. Francis, 35, of 608 Julia St. in Hahnville, was arrested on March 13 and charged with possession of stolen property.

 

 

Thefts

•A 2003 Nissan Altima was stolen from the 2200 block of Paul Maillard Road in Boutte on March 12.

•A fire extinguisher was stolen from 20 Pets Court in Ama on March 12.

 

•Assorted copper wiring was stolen from 108 River Ridge Drive in Boutte on March 10.

 

•An iPhone was stolen from 121 Ormond Center Court in Destrehan on March 10.

 

•Assorted silver dollars and a 1 ounce silver ingot were stolen out of a vehicle at 217 Albania Drive in Luling on March 9.

 

•A Jump Box, air compressor, tool kit and SD card with digital photos were stolen out of a vehicle at 167 Oaklawn Ridge Drive in St. Rose on March 9.

 

•A 22 Magnum revolver and a 32" TV were stolen from 114 Crespo Ave. in St. Rose on March 9.

 

•A 2004 Yamaha 4-wheeler was stolen from 10707 Highway 90 in Luling on March 10.

 

•A WeedEater and a blower were stolen from 135 Fashion Blvd. in Hahnville on March 15.

 

•Fifteen crab cages were stolen from Lake Salvador in Des Allemands on March 15.
