A 37-year-old St. Rose man was arrested after authorities say he asked for and received inappropriate photos on his cell phone from a 13-year-old girl.

Lincoln J. Lacour, of 1 Summerton Drive, was arrested Friday and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and pornography with a juvenile. Lacour was also booked with a fugitive warrant from Magnolia, Miss.

He remained in jail with bond set at $15,000.

The incident came to light when the girl’s mother found out that her daughter had sent the pictures and contacted the police, according to Capt. Pat Yoes, Sheriff’s Office spokesman.
