J.B. Martin wrestlers place in state meet

Three J. B. Martin Middle School students placed in the Louisiana Youth State Wrestling Meet.

The meet was held at Brusly High School in Baton Rouge on Feb. 4. Finishing in first place were Peyton Robert in the 132-pound classification and Drew Dunn in the 170-pound classification. Blade Rager placed second in the 250-pound classification and the Cougar team finished fifth overall. Pictured (L to R) Peyton Robert, Drew Dunn and Blade Rager.
