Young tennis players can register for St. Charles Parish’s Junior Team Tennis League. |
Players can register online by visiting www.tennislink.usta.com/teamtennis and clicking on the registration link. The cost for the 8 year old and under group is $18, while the cost for those 10 years old and older is $38.
The Spring 2012 Community Education Program is also offering two series of tennis classes beginning on March 17 for adults 16 years of age and older. One class is for beginners and the other is for experienced players. The deadline for registration is Feb. 29. Registration information can be found at www.stcharles.k12.la.us/about.cfm?subpage=171. Classes are limited to eight students each and the cost is $99 per student.
