Krewe of G-old Timers host Mardi Gras dance
ST. ROSE - The Council on Aging will host its annual Mardi Gras Dance on Feb. 10 from 1-4 p.m. at the American Legion Hall Post 366, 12188 River Road in St. Rose. This year the organization is proud to introduce their new krewe, the Krewe of G-old Timers. All parish seniors over 60 are invited to attend. Attire is Sunday best, music will be by the Oldies But Goodies and transportation is available by calling (985)783-6683.

Arrest made in connection with West Bank burglary - 2484 views
The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 29-year-old Waggaman man they believe could be responsible for up to nine home burglaries that took place in Luling and Ama in the last month.
