Amye Barre had two scores to lead the Hahnville Lady Tigers to a 6-0 win over East St. John.
The Hahnville High School girls’ soccer team remained perfect in district play last week by beating East St. John 6-0.

The Lady Tigers cruised to a 5-0 halftime lead behind two goals from Amye Barre and scores by Brandie Fabre, Jessica St. Pierre and Taylor Laurent.

Though the Lady Tigers took their feet off the gas pedal in the second half, Erin Hargis added a final score to complete the 6-0 victory.

Hahnville will host L.W. Higgins Friday at 5 p.m. before wrapping up district play by traveling to John Ehret on Jan. 24.

Kickoff for that game is scheduled for 5 p.m.
