Rual David "Dave" Vannoy

He was the beloved husband of 15 years to Geraldine Brupbacher Vannoy, father of Yvonne Lynn d’Aquin (Donald), Rosemary Pohlman (Gary) and Donna Zeringue; stepfather of GayLynn Hines (Norman), Wade Hooper (Kim) and Lydia Lingle (Greg); grandfather of Le Ann, Daniel, Erin, Andrew (Amanda), Justin (Shay), Jennifer (Brian), Andrew (Cameron), Josiah (Megan), Julia, Scotty, Sanda, Jenna, Gared, David and Heather; great-grandfather of Luke, Ellie and Eva; and brother of Russell Vannoy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Vannoy and Vernie Parson Vannoy, and 13 brothers and sisters.
He owned Quality Air Condition and Heating. Dave served his country in the U.S. Navy for four years while serving in the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of Bible Center Church in Luling.
Services were held at Bible Center Church on Dec. 31 with interment in St. Charles Mausoleum in Luling. Mothe Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
