Arrests

•John Jackson Jr., 19, of 495 Fourth St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with aggravated battery and armed robbery.

•Wayne Simmons, 52, of 10 Normand Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on Dec. 22 and charged with resisting an officer and resisting arrest by flight.

•Deidre Williams, 27, of 1 Summerton Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Dec. 23 and charged with aggravated assault and domestic abuse battery.

•Bernardo Rodriguez, 26, of 116 Kathy St. in LaPlace, was arrested on Dec. 23 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation of a motor vehicle and open alcohol container in vehicle.

•David Cooper, 47, of 2412 34th St. in Kenner, was arrested on Dec. 22 and charged with D.W.I. (2nd offense) and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

•Katrina Jones, 27, of 126 Turner in Boutte, was arrested on Dec. 29 and charged with 2nd degree battery.

•Tamesia Preston, 44, of 1134 Luling Estates in Luling, was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Seven bottles of Seagrams VO and five bottles of Seagrams Gin were stolen from a business at 1313 Paul Maillard Road in Boutte on Dec. 22.

•One 2,500-foot spool of conductor No. 10 insulated copper, total value of $2,325, was stolen from 227 Hollywood Park Drive in Montz on Dec. 22.

•A 50" flat-screen TV, $300, a 32" flat-screen TV and an XBox, total value of $1,480, were stolen from 175 S. Kinler St. in Luling on Dec. 22.

•A hunting bow and three credit cards, total value of $1,000, were stolen out of a vehicle at 104 Cypress Lane in Destrehan on Dec. 23.
