Boat parade along Bayou Terrebonne
PrintBOURG - Head out of town this weekend for the Ala Bayou Terrebonne Christmas Boat Parade on Dec. 17. The event begins at dusk (about 5:30 p.m.) in Bayou Terrebonne at Bourg Volunteer Fire Station. Local boaters decorate their vessels and parade to Montegut - three miles past Sacred Heart Church.
