Members of the Luling-Boutte Lions Club presented 15 needy families with Thanksgiving baskets that included all the fixings for a Thanksgiving meal.

The club is able to do this by conducting bingo at the St.Charles Room/Boutte Bingo Hall on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Without the help of all the wonderful people that come and play bingo with them, club members said they would not be able to help the needy.

For information or to join the Luling-Boutte Lions Club for a night of bingo, call (985)785-1121.
