Playful pooch needs lots of TLC

Ozzy, an owner surrender, is available for adoption at the St. Charles Parish Humane Society.

This playful pooch is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He is healthy, yet does have a slight skin allergy condition that will need some medical attention.

He shows no signs of food aggression and loves to be active.

Ozzy is a year old and has been at the shelter since August.
