Renaissance Fest runs through December
HAMMOND - With more than 100 shops, 50 shows and dozens of demonstrations, the Louisiana Renaissance Festival is a great trip for kids and adults. The event takes place at 46468 River Road in Hammond and is open November 19, 20 and 25-27 and Dec. 3-4 and 10-11 from 9:45 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. Adult tickets start at $14.95 for one day and children’s tickets start at $8.45 for one day. Children under 5 years old get in free. For more information and directions, visit www.larf.org.
