Destrehan Plantation holds Fall Festival
DESTREHAN - The award-winning Destrehan Plantation Fall Festival will take place on Nov. 12-13 on the plantation grounds at 13034 River Road. The festival is the main fundraising event for the River Road Historical Society for Destrehan Plantation site development and expansion. It will include over 150 artists and craft vendors, traditional Louisiana food and live entertainment. The festival will be open from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day and admission is $7 for adults and teens, free for all children 12 and younger. For more information, visit www.destrehanplantation.org.
