Destrehanís defense must prepare for an explosive East St. John offense that is averaging 35 points per game in district play. After crushing H.L. Bourgeois to capture the District 7-5A title, the undefeated Destrehan Wildcats must now corral an explosive East St. John offense in the regular season finale.

Destrehanís defense, which is allowing under 10 points per game, led the charge in the teamís 55-0 victory over South Lafourche. The Wildcat starters allowed just one first down and gave the offense excellent field position. After their most dominant win of the year, the Destrehan Wildcats are picking up steam as they head into the final two games of the regular season.

Destrehan sophomore quarterback Marquise Darensbourg scored three touchdowns to lead his team to a 48-0 win over South Lafourche. The Destrehan Wildcats played one of their most complete games of the season in a 55-0 thrashing of South Lafourche on Friday night.
